Training
Throughout these immersions, we will be doing intensives, drills, and breakdowns on everything from adjustments to specific posture types and poses, all rooted in what we call the "Misfits Method" - meant to help students progress through their practice with a sense of playfulness, strength, and ease. Though rooted in Rocket - these clinics help any teacher to better hone skills for Vinyasa and Ashtanga as well! Come ready to bend the rules while learning and challenging yourself!
