Clinics

Throughout the immersion, we will be doing intensives, drills, and breakdowns on everything from adjustments to specific posture types and poses to pressing into handstands and so much more. Come ready to bend the rules while learning and challenging yourself!

Monta Orada is located in a lush nature sanctuary in Odemira, Portugal. Nestled in the Costa Alentejana, this destination combines inspiring landscapes, beaches, and a wide range of superb
cultural and leisure activities. We will have one free day for you to explore!
